We started dreaming about what our house in Umbria would look like, the house where we would like to spend our retirement. We started looking for a villa and connected with an amazing real estate agent who eventually became a dear friend. “We bought the villa, renovated it, and enjoyed every moment because it is our home. In the case of cancellation between 60 to 30 days from the arrival date, the canceller will be charged 50% of the total transaction amount to cancel the reservation.
For cancellations made within 30 days or less from the arrival date, 100% of the total transaction amount will be charged.
Refunds will be provided to the customer within 14 business days from the date of cancellation.
